Membership is application-based, not a paid subscription. Some premium experiences like retreats may carry a cost, but the core community, dinners, and labs are about contribution, not a fee.
In person is the whole point. Dinners, build labs, and tours are local and analog. We will add virtual roundtables over time, but the relationships are built face to face.
No. Plenty of members never build with TMI. The community stands on its own. If you do want your systems built, TMI is right there, but it is never a requirement.
