If you are willing to learn and put in the work, we help you pick the right trade for your market and get you trained, certified, and job ready before we build the business around you. What you bring is the drive to show up and do the work. We handle the path in.
You need to be able to cover your own tools, your license, and your day to day while the first jobs come in. You do not need to fund a marketing budget, hire an office team, or buy software. We build and run that side as the partner, and our pay is tied to the business growing, not to an upfront check.
Skilled field trades where a good operator can build a real book of work: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, painting, landscaping, restoration, and similar home and commercial service trades. If you are not sure which trade fits you, apply and ask. We will tell you straight.
Yes. This is a partnership, not a franchise. You are the operator and, in most structures, the majority owner of the company we build together. We run the back office and share in the upside we help create. The exact split is written out in plain terms before anyone signs.
You do the trade. You show up to the jobs we book, do work you are proud of, manage the site and eventually your crew, and tell us your capacity. Everything else, the calls, the quotes, the invoices, the marketing, the numbers, runs on our side.
