What kind of partners does TMI work with?
Agencies, consultants, creators and economic development bodies. The common thread is someone who already has the relationship and has hit the edge of what they can deliver themselves.
Do you white-label?
No. Clients know TMI is involved. White-labelling puts the partner on the hook for work they cannot control and removes TMI's ability to be straight with the client, which is where the value is.
Will you take our client?
No. The relationship is yours, and TMI's work is scoped to the piece you brought us in for. A partner model where the subcontractor competes for the account does not survive its first engagement.
What does a referral pay?
It depends on the shape of the involvement — a referral, a subcontract, or a joint engagement are three different arrangements. It is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Can you work under our project management?
Yes, on defined build work. Embedded engagements are the exception, because the value of an embedded partner comes from having a direct line into the client's operation.
We are an agency whose client cannot handle more leads. Is that a fit?
That is the most common partner conversation TMI has. Generating demand for an operation that cannot carry it produces an unhappy client and a short engagement, and the fix is operational rather than creative.
How do we start?
Email mia@tmitechai.com or call (337) 450-9795. Most partner relationships start with one specific client where the fit is obvious, rather than with an agreement in the abstract.
