You are not expected to climb all of them. Plenty of companies do a diagnostic and an audit, take the blueprint, and execute it themselves. That is a legitimate outcome and we will say so on the call.

One to two days on site. Full company review and the roadmap that comes out of it. Higher for large companies and multiple locations.

Every price on this page is a starting point for a fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement, quoted in writing before work begins. Third-party costs — software licences, hardware, outside assessors, certifying bodies, legal counsel — are quoted separately and paid to those providers directly. TMI does not take equity in, invest in, or acquire client companies.
WHAT MOVES THE NUMBER
Revenue, headcount, number of locations, number of crews or trucks or machines. More surface area means more to map and more to rebuild.
A company with clean records and one working system costs less than a company running on twelve spreadsheets, three tools nobody trusts, and the owner’s memory.

A normal delivery timeline costs less than a compressed one. Compressed timelines take more senior people at once.
Federal, defense, controlled information, safety-critical or heavily audited environments require evidence and discipline that ordinary commercial work does not.

The Transformation Blueprint. Everything worth doing, sequenced into NOW, NEXT and LATER. Each item carries an owner, a cost range, an expected impact, a difficulty rating, its dependencies, a timeline and a recommended solution — including when the recommended solution is not TMI.
You own both documents. If you take the blueprint and execute it with your own team or another firm, that is a legitimate outcome and we will say so on the call. The audit is the product, not the pitch.
