TMI / STAGE 03 — IMPLEMENTATION

WHAT WE BUILD
AFTER THE AUDIT.

Six directions, not twenty services. No company needs all of them, and the roadmap says which two or three are worth doing first. You do not choose from this page. The audit does.

01

OPERATIONS

Make the work move without being carried.

A job should enter the company once, carry its own detail, and show its state to everyone who needs it. Most of what gets called an operations problem is information being carried by a person between two systems that do not speak.

  • Company operating systems
  • Workflow design
  • Scheduling and dispatch
  • Quoting and estimating
  • Billing and collections
  • Automation and agentic systems
  • Digital employees
  • Internal process design

02

INTELLIGENCE

One live view instead of five phone calls.

Most established companies are not data poor, they are visibility poor. The numbers exist and cannot be reached without asking someone. This pillar is about making the answer available before the question has to be asked.

  • Business intelligence and reporting
  • Executive dashboards
  • Forecasting
  • Pricing intelligence
  • Margin by job and by service
  • Decision support systems
  • The Company Brain
  • AI built on records that can carry it

03

TECHNOLOGY

Build what the market does not already sell you.

Sometimes the software exists and is configured backwards. Sometimes it genuinely does not exist, because what the company does is specific enough that nobody has built for it. The audit tells the difference, which is the expensive question to get wrong.

  • Custom software
  • Internal tools
  • Customer, dealer and employee portals
  • Integrations between existing systems
  • Legacy system replacement
  • Technology modernisation
  • Mobile and field systems

04

GROWTH

Turn what the company knows into demand.

This is not a marketing department bolted on. It is what happens when the audit finds that the most valuable unused asset is not operational at all — it is twenty years of founder knowledge, or a capability nobody in the market knows exists.

  • Brand and positioning
  • The media engine
  • Content and distribution
  • Founder brand and authority
  • Search and answer-engine visibility
  • Demand generation
  • Sales infrastructure and follow-up

05

OWNERSHIP

Make the company able to run, transfer or sell.

The same work underneath every version of this. A company that can be handed to a buyer is a company that can be left alone for a fortnight, and both start with getting what is in people's heads into something the company owns.

  • Owner dependency reduction
  • Knowledge capture and transfer
  • Succession and handover readiness
  • Acquisition and investor readiness
  • Leadership and management systems
  • Multi-location and franchise systems
  • Training and onboarding

06

DATA VALUE

Find out what the company's own data is worth.

The newest pillar and the one that needs the most care. Some companies are sitting on records that are genuinely valuable outside their own four walls — and some are not, and will be told so. Nothing here happens without the rights being checked first.

  • What the company's data is actually worth
  • Data products and APIs
  • Industry benchmarking from a company's own records
  • Licensing, where the contracts allow it
  • Strategic data partnerships
  • Proprietary models built on proprietary records
  • What should be protected rather than published

THE OBVIOUS QUESTIONS

ABOUT THE
LONG LIST.

Do I pick which of these I want?
No. That is what the audit is for. You buy one thing from TMI — becoming an intelligent company — and the roadmap says which two or three of these it takes. Owners are normally asked to diagnose themselves before anyone will quote. We would rather do the diagnosing.
Can TMI really do all six?
Not all six at once for one company, and we would be suspicious of a firm that said otherwise. Most engagements use two or three. Where something genuinely needs a specialist we do not have, we say so and bring one in rather than learning on your money.
Is this just an agency with a long service list?
The test is whether the list came from us or from your company. These are not six departments looking for work. They are the six directions the audit's findings can go in, and the audit comes first precisely so the prescription is not decided by what we feel like selling.
What does any of it cost?
The audit is $5,000. Everything after it is scoped from the roadmap, fixed scope and fixed price, in writing before work begins. We will not quote a build before the audit, because a number produced before anyone has looked inside is a guess with a decimal point.
Who owns what TMI builds?
You do. That includes the roadmap, the systems, the records and the documentation. TMI does not invest in, take equity in, or acquire client companies.
Does our data ever get used for another client?
No. Private client data never moves between clients, full stop. General methods and patterns improve how TMI works; your records, your pricing, your customers and your knowledge do not leave your company. Anything in the Data Value pillar happens under your contracts, with your rights checked first, and for your benefit.
