TMI Tech AI is a technology management and innovation company in Lafayette, Louisiana. It works inside established industrial and family businesses — machine shops, manufacturers, contractors, energy services, fleets — auditing how a company really runs, then building the data, systems and software that let it run without living in one person's head.
TMI Tech AI is a technology management and innovation company founded in Lafayette, Louisiana by Mia Eliana and Tyler Primeaux. It begins every engagement with the Intelligent Company Audit, a paid assessment of how a business actually operates across ten areas, and produces a roadmap the client owns outright. What follows is scoped from that roadmap: connecting and cleaning the company's data, capturing knowledge that only exists in long-serving employees' heads, and building the operations, intelligence, technology, growth or ownership systems the findings call for. TMI works with companies that are already established and already good at what they do, and whose constraint is that the business depends on a handful of people remembering things.

THE FACTS,
AND ONE CORRECTION.

CO-FOUNDER
Mia Eliana
Mia Eliana is a co-founder of TMI Tech AI in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Mia Eliana is a co-founder of TMI Tech AI, a Lafayette, Louisiana technology company that helps established businesses become Intelligent Companies. She grew up around service businesses and learned operations from the inside, and that operating lens shapes how TMI works: not starting with a software demo, but with how a quote becomes a job, where decisions get stuck, and what the company has been quietly learning for years. Her particular interest is turning messy business history into something a company can use.
CAN SPEAK TO
- What an Intelligent Company is, and why most established firms are not one
- Why owner dependency caps the value of a business
- Turning twenty years of records into something usable
- Why most software a company buys never gets adopted
- Building a technology company in Louisiana rather than leaving for one
CO-FOUNDER
Tyler Primeaux
Tyler Primeaux is a co-founder of TMI Tech AI in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Tyler Primeaux is a co-founder of TMI Tech AI, a Lafayette, Louisiana technology company working inside established industrial and family businesses. His work centres on what happens between the floor and the office: how information moves, where it stops, and what it costs a company when the people who understand the operation are the only route to understanding it.
CAN SPEAK TO
- What has to be true before a company automates anything
- Why the floor and the office keep separate versions of the truth
- Succession as a data problem rather than a legal one

- Knowledge capture before a retirement, not after

FOR WRITERS
QUESTIONS WE
GET ASKED.
Can I describe TMI as an AI company?
We would rather you did not, and it is the correction we make most often. TMI is a technology management and innovation company. It uses automation and models the way it uses databases and integrations — where the work calls for them. Describing the company by one of its tools gets the readers it does not want and misses what it actually does.
Are Mia or Tyler available for comment?
Yes, including on short deadlines, and including on stories where the honest answer is that the technology is not the story. Call (337) 450-9795 or use the form on the audit page and say it is press, and it will be routed rather than treated as a lead.
Can I use a client's name or results?
No. TMI publishes no case studies and attaches no results to any named client. A logo may appear as a logo where the client has given written permission, and nothing beyond that. If a story needs an operator's voice, we can ask a client whether they want to speak to you directly, which is theirs to decline.
Do you have figures on the Louisiana industrial market?
Not published ones, and we will not invent them. TMI does not put numbers on a page that it cannot stand behind, which means no made-up ROI, no sample sizes it does not have, and no benchmarks borrowed from somebody else's market.
What is the audit, in one line for a story?
A $5,000 assessment of how a company actually operates across ten scored areas, producing a roadmap the client owns outright and can hand to another firm.
