MIA
Building technology around how real businesses actually work.

ABOUT MIA

Mia is a co-founder of TMI Services, a Louisiana technology company that helps established businesses become Intelligent Companies.

Her work sits at the intersection of operations, data, software, AI, growth and ownership. She focuses on a simple question: what does this company already know, and what is the most valuable thing we can do with it?

Mia grew up around service businesses and learned operations from the inside. That operating lens shapes TMI. Instead of starting with a software demo, TMI starts with the work itself: how a quote becomes a job, how information moves, where decisions get stuck, what lives in the owner’s head, and what the company has been quietly learning for years.

She is especially interested in turning messy business history into useful intelligence. That can mean connecting data, building business intelligence, creating software around a proven process, automating repetitive work, capturing expert knowledge, or finding a new product hidden inside the company’s own information.

Mia also works on the growth side of the Intelligent Company. Once a company knows what it is good at and can prove it, the same intelligence can shape its positioning, media, founder voice and demand generation.

Her goal with TMI is not to make traditional businesses look like tech startups. It is to help proven companies use technology without losing the experience, relationships and judgment that made them valuable.
