Tyler is a co-founder of TMI Services, a Louisiana technology company that helps established businesses become Intelligent Companies.

Tyler works across company discovery, systems thinking, implementation and the human side of change. The focus is not technology for its own sake. The focus is making the company easier to run by turning scattered information and unwritten knowledge into clear systems.

Inside an established business, the real process is often different from the process on paper. A customer exception may live in one employee’s memory. A pricing rule may be known but never documented. A job may move between several tools before anyone can see the full picture. Tyler helps pull those pieces together so TMI can design around the way the company actually operates.

That work can lead to connected workflows, better reporting, company knowledge systems, digital employees, automation, software or operating changes. The goal is to make the technology fit the people and the business, instead of forcing the business to fit a tool.

Tyler also focuses on making implementations usable. A system only matters if the team understands it, trusts it, and knows what happens when the normal workflow breaks.

The result TMI is aiming for is a company where information is easier to find, decisions are easier to make, routine work does not depend on one person, and the owner can see the business without chasing updates.
