TMI / EMBEDDED COMPANY PARTNER

ONE PERSON
INSIDE YOUR BUSINESS.
THE WHOLE OF TMI BEHIND THEM.

NOT AN ASSISTANT · NOT A TEMP · NOT AN AGENCY REP · NOT ADVICE-ONLY

A trained TMI operator inside your company, helping execute what matters, seeing where the business is stuck, and connecting it back to TMI’s operations, technology, AI, attention and founder-growth capabilities. Run better. Get seen. Depend less on the founder.

WHY THIS EXISTS

IT ALL STILL
COMES BACK TO YOU.

An embedded execution layer. They work inside the business and connect the company to the right TMI resources.

TMI puts an operator inside your company to help execute the work, surface what is holding the business back, and connect your team to TMI’s operations, technology, AI, attention and founder-growth capabilities.

The point is not that one person is expert at all of it. The point is that they are inside the business and can pull in the rest of TMI when needed. You get one main point person. Behind that person is the whole TMI system.

The scope is agreed with you at the start and it is deliberately ordinary. The tasks that reveal the most about a company are the ones it has stopped noticing.

THE MANDATE

FIVE WORDS.
THAT IS THE JOB.

Everything the partner does inside your company reduces to these five, run again and again on one piece of the business at a time.

They can complete the task today while helping TMI remove the need for that task tomorrow.

THE FIVE AREAS

WHAT THEY
ACTUALLY MOVE.

01 / OPERATIONS

How the company runs.

WHAT IS MANUAL / WHAT IS SLOW / WHAT KEEPS GETTING DROPPED / WHAT DEPENDS ON ONE PERSON / WHAT KEEPS GOING BACK TO THE FOUNDER / WHAT NOBODY CAN SEE / WHAT NEEDS A BETTER PROCESS

Execution, organisation, coordination, handoffs, SOPs, workflows, reporting, team follow-through and customer communication. Less chaos, and a record of how the work is genuinely done.

02 / TECHNOLOGY + AI

What should be connected, automated, built or removed.

AUTOMATION / AI AGENT / DASHBOARD / INTEGRATION / CUSTOM SOFTWARE / INTERNAL TOOL / CLIENT PORTAL / DIGITAL EMPLOYEE / BETTER DATA FLOW

The partner sees the problem in real life, on the day it happens, with the cost attached. TMI then decides what it actually needs — and sometimes the honest answer is that it needs a rule written down rather than software.

03 / ATTENTION + SOCIAL

Making sure the company gets seen.

BEHIND-THE-SCENES / PROJECT WINS / FOUNDER VIDEO / EMPLOYEE STORIES / CUSTOMER PROOF / INDUSTRY EDUCATION / SHORT-FORM / CONTENT CALENDAR / MEDIA DAYS

Most agencies sit outside the business and ask what to post. Your partner is inside it, watching what is worth posting: the job that came in on a Friday, the part nobody else could make, the customer who said the thing you should have on the website.

04 / FOUNDER BRAND

Turning the founder into a visible part of the business, where that makes sense.

FOUNDER IDEAS / STORIES / INDUSTRY OPINIONS / LESSONS LEARNED / THOUGHT LEADERSHIP / SPEAKING / PODCASTS / PR OPPORTUNITIES

Captured from the work already happening rather than scheduled as a content day. Voice notes, opinions on the industry, what a job taught you. TMI turns it into posts, scripts, talking points and PR angles.

05 / FOUNDER FREEDOM

A company that needs less of you every day.

APPROVALS / CUSTOMER ISSUES / PRICING / SCHEDULING / INTERNAL QUESTIONS / EMPLOYEE DECISIONS / REPORTING / VENDOR ISSUES / MARKETING APPROVALS / SALES FOLLOW-UP

The question the partner asks constantly: why does the founder still have to touch this? Then TMI moves it into a system, a rule, a dashboard, an automation, or a person who owns it.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY FIND SOMETHING

THREE FINDINGS,
START TO FINISH.

01 / OPERATIONS

THE QUOTE THAT TAKES FOUR DAYS

DAY 1 EMAIL LANDS / DAY 1 FORWARDED TO ESTIMATING / DAY 2 WAITING ON MATERIAL PRICE / DAY 3 WAITING ON OWNER MARK-UP / DAY 4 RETYPED INTO THE TEMPLATE / DAY 4 SENT

The partner quotes for three weeks and logs every one. The finding is not that quoting is slow. It is that three of the four days are spent waiting on two prices and one approval, and that the mark-up rule is consistent enough to be written down. TMI builds the intake form, the pricing table and an approval threshold under which no owner sign-off is needed. The partner runs the new version first, then hands it over.

02 / ATTENTION

THE JOB NOBODY OUTSIDE EVER HEARD ABOUT

PART ARRIVES FRIDAY / NOBODY ELSE WOULD TAKE IT / SHIPPED MONDAY / CUSTOMER CALLS TO SAY SO / NOTHING RECORDED / NOTHING PUBLISHED

An agency outside the business would never know this happened. The partner was there, took ninety seconds of footage on a phone, and wrote down what the customer said. TMI turns it into a short-form video, a post, and a line on the capability sheet. This is the difference between a content calendar invented in a meeting and one drawn from work that actually happened.

03 / FOUNDER FREEDOM

THE APPROVAL ONLY ONE PERSON CAN GIVE

DISCOUNT OVER 5% / CREDIT FOR A LATE JOB / RUSH SCHEDULING / HIRING A SUBCONTRACTOR / RELEASING A HELD SHIPMENT / OVERTIME AUTHORISATION

The partner logs every decision that stopped at the founder, with the amount and the wait. Most turn out to follow a rule the founder has applied consistently for years without ever stating it. Writing the rule down converts an interruption into a policy, and the policy into a threshold a system can enforce. The founder keeps the decisions that need judgment and stops being paged for the ones that do not.

WHERE IT SITS

THE WHOLE
TMI STACK.

The partner is the layer that makes the rest of it move. Diagnosis on its own is a document. Technology on its own is a login. Attention on its own is a content calendar invented in a meeting. Somebody has to be inside the company connecting them.

HOW IT CONNECTS TO EVERYTHING ELSE

THE PARTNER FEEDS
THE REST OF TMI.

This is what makes an embedded person worth more than an extra pair of hands. Everything they see has somewhere to go.

01

THE AUDIT SAYS WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE

The free Intelligent Company Audit is the diagnosis: where the company is now, what is broken, where it is leaking time and money, how dependent it is on the founder, what should happen next. The Embedded Company Partner is the execution layer that carries it forward. A company can start with either. They work far better together. More

02

THE PARTNER FEEDS THE TECHNOLOGY TEAM

They see sales manually entering leads, and flag it. TMI builds the automation. They see customer updates going out by hand, and flag it. TMI builds the workflow. They see the founder answering the same pricing question for the fourth time this month, and flag it. TMI builds the rule. The partner becomes a constant source of real business intelligence that no discovery call produces. More

03

THE PARTNER FEEDS THE CONTENT ENGINE

Your content team stops guessing. Customer wins, before-and-afters, interesting jobs, employee stories, founder moments, milestones, problems being solved, footage from the floor. The company becomes more visible because TMI is already inside it. More

04

THE PARTNER FEEDS THE FOUNDER BRAND

The founder does not sit down to make content. The partner captures thoughts, voice notes, stories, opinions and wins from work that was happening anyway, and TMI turns them into posts, scripts, newsletters, PR angles and talking points. The outcome is not an influencer. It is trust, authority, recruiting power and deal flow. More

05

THE PARTNER FEEDS FOUNDER FREEDOM

Most founders do not need another employee. They need the company to stop routing everything back to them. The partner finds what can be delegated, automated, systemised, documented or turned into a rule, and TMI removes the dependency. That is also the first half of succession and exit readiness. More

  • TMI is based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Being on a shop floor in Broussard or Gonzales is a drive, not a project.
  • Louisiana industry is getting busier, and the companies that win the bigger work will be the ones whose operations can carry it.
  • Most firms serving industrial operations have never stood on one. Ours works inside them.
  • TMI supports businesses across Louisiana, with onsite availability based on location and engagement scope, and works with clients nationwide.

ENGAGEMENT LEVELS

PRICED BY HOW
DEEPLY TMI IS
INSIDE THE COMPANY.

Not by the hour. An embedded partner is not billable time, and pricing it that way would reward the slowest possible version of the work.

EMBEDDED

From $3,500/mo

About one regular onsite day a week, inside one defined area of the company. The way most companies start, and enough to finish a first full cycle.

EMBEDDED PLUS

From $5,500/mo

More presence, more than one area. Operations and execution plus implementation, and content or brand coordination where it is relevant.

EMBEDDED PARTNER

From $8,500/mo

Higher-touch involvement across departments, with stronger management involvement and a standing place in how the company is run.

DEDICATED EMBED

Scoped

High reserved capacity and a custom scope, for companies that want TMI inside the business rather than alongside it.

THE FIRST 90 DAYS

DAYS 1–15

GET IN AND DO THE WORK

The partner takes live work and starts producing. Baselines are set in the first fortnight, before anything changes, so improvement can be proven rather than claimed.

DAYS 16–45

SURFACE WHAT IS HOLDING IT BACK

Everything the partner touches gets taken apart and written down as it is really run. The ranked list of what is costing the most goes to the owner with the evidence attached — across operations, technology, visibility and founder dependency.

DAYS 46–75

CONNECT AND BUILD

TMI builds the shorter version, the automation, the dashboard, the content engine or the rule. The partner runs it at full volume on live work and reports what breaks, before your team is asked to change anything.

DAYS 76–90

HAND IT OVER AND MEASURE

Training beside the people who inherit it, then the same measurement taken again against the week-one baseline. You get the numbers, the documentation, and an honest account of what did not work.

HOW IMPROVEMENT IS PROVEN

WE DO NOT WANT
IMPROVEMENT TO BE

The baseline is set in the first fortnight, before anything changes, using your data and agreed with you. The same measure is taken the same way afterwards, by the same method, over the same kind of period. TMI publishes no invented ROI figures and no case study numbers, because the only number that means anything is the one taken inside your own company.

EMBEDDED PARTNER QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT
ANSWERS.

Thirty-one of them, including the ones that are awkward to ask.

What is a TMI Embedded Company Partner?

It is a trained TMI operator placed inside your business, on site, who helps execute what matters, sees where the company is stuck, connects those problems back to TMI, and helps move the business toward better systems, more attention, stronger founder presence and more founder freedom. One person inside your business, with the full TMI company behind them.

How is this different from TMI Embedded Operations?

It is the same model, widened. Embedded Operations described someone who worked on how the company runs. The Embedded Company Partner also carries attention, founder brand and founder freedom, because in practice the person who sees the operation is also the person who sees what is worth publishing and why the founder is still being called. The operations page now redirects here.

Is this a personal assistant or a virtual assistant?

No. It is not a personal assistant, a virtual assistant, a temp employee, a social media manager alone, a consultant who only gives advice, a marketing agency rep, or a technology salesperson. An assistant completes a task and the task stays exactly as it is. An embedded partner completes the task in order to understand it, then helps TMI make it shorter, automatic or unnecessary. If the same manual task is still being done six months later, we want to know why.

What is their actual mandate?

Five words: execute, observe, surface, connect, implement. Help move real work. See how the company actually runs. Bring the problems and opportunities back to TMI. Pull in the right TMI capability. Then make sure the solution is genuinely used.

Is one person really expert in operations, technology, AI, marketing and founder brand?

No, and the model does not ask them to be. The partner is inside the business and can pull in the rest of TMI when needed. You get one main point person; behind that person is the whole TMI system.

What can they actually help with?

Operations, AI and automation, technology, internal systems, customer experience, sales follow-up, CRM, SOPs, process cleanup, team coordination, implementation, social media, content execution, founder brand, attention growth, marketing coordination, reputation, business visibility, project follow-through and founder freedom. The scope is agreed with you at the start.

Do they replace our marketing agency?

Not necessarily. Most agencies sit outside the business and have to ask what to post. The partner is inside it and sees what is worth posting, so whoever produces the content finally has the stories, footage, proof and people to work from.

Do they replace our operations manager or IT?

No. They take work off people and give your existing team a direct line into TMI. The service exists to remove tasks, not roles.

How much does it cost?

Embedded Company Partnerships start at $3,500 a month, which is roughly one regular onsite day a week inside a defined area. More presence and more areas cost more, and a dedicated embed is scoped. There is also a one-time activation covering placement, access, security, reporting setup and the 90-day execution plan.

Why is there an activation fee?

Because the first two weeks are real work that happens before any recurring value: leadership kickoff, placing the right operator, company and systems access, security, communication structure, department introductions, priority setting, brand and content access, dashboards, success measures and the 90-day plan. For a smaller engagement it can be reduced.

Is there a minimum term?

Engagements run six months minimum, and twelve for larger accounts. This is not a temporary assistant. A full cycle — execute, observe, surface, connect, implement, measure — does not fit inside a month, and neither does adoption.

How is this different from the free audit?

The Intelligent Company Audit is a 20 to 30 minute diagnosis of the largest constraint on the business. It tells you what needs to change. The Embedded Company Partner is the person inside the company helping make it happen. You can start with either.

Do they work on site or remotely?

On site. The whole point is the information that never reaches a video call: the phone call that is not logged, the note on the monitor, the job that came in on a Friday and was worth publishing. Some follow-up happens remotely, but the partner is in the building.

Which parts of Louisiana do you cover?

TMI is based in Lafayette and supports businesses across Louisiana, including Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, New Orleans, Houma, Thibodaux, Shreveport, Monroe and Alexandria. Onsite availability depends on location and the scope of the engagement.

Do you only work in Louisiana?

No. TMI is local to Louisiana and works with clients nationwide. Louisiana is where we can be on a floor the same week.

What does the partner look for?

Work entered twice, waiting nobody times, approvals that always clear, knowledge held by one person, reports assembled by hand, steps kept only out of habit, exceptions treated as normal, software paid for and unused, systems that do not talk, margin nobody sees until billing, decisions with no written rule, wins that never get published, proof the website never shows, and initiatives with no owner inside the company.

What happens when they find something?

It gets logged with evidence: how often, how long, what it costs. It is ranked against everything else. TMI then decides what it needs — a rule, a process, an automation, a dashboard, an integration, custom software, a digital employee, or a piece of content. The partner helps implement it and is usually the first person to run it.

Do we have to buy software from TMI?

No. Plenty of findings are solved by deleting a step, writing down a rule, or using a system you already pay for properly. TMI keeps what works, connects what can be connected, and builds only what is missing.

Is this an AI service?

No. TMI is not an AI company. AI is one tool among several, and on a company with disconnected records it produces confident nonsense. Often the honest first answer is that the business does not need AI yet — it needs its records connected and its process written down.

Will our team see this as surveillance?

It is run so that they do not. Nothing goes to the owner that the team has not seen, suggestions from the floor are attributed to the floor, and the partner asks the person doing the work what is wrong with it, because they usually know already.

How do you measure whether anything improved?

The baseline is set in the first fortnight, before anything changes, using your data and agreed with you: time per task, touches per job, wait time, owner interruptions, initiatives stalled, published proof. The same measure is taken the same way afterwards. We do not want improvement to be a feeling. We want it measured.

Will you invent an ROI number for us?

No. TMI publishes no invented ROI figures and no case study numbers. The baseline is set with you, using your data, before any work begins, and the comparison is against that.

What access does the partner need?

Whatever the work requires and no more: the systems used for the tasks they take on, the floor or office where those tasks happen, and content access if attention is in scope. Access is scoped in writing during activation.

How do you handle confidential information?

Under the terms agreed in the engagement, and private client data never moves between clients. Customer lists, pricing logic and job records stay inside the business they belong to.

Can you place more than one partner?

Yes, for companies with several locations or departments that all run differently. Partners compare notes, which is usually how a company finds out that two branches solved the same problem in opposite directions.

What if the process turns out to be fine?

Then that is what gets reported. Confirming that a process is already the right one has value, and inventing a problem to justify a build does not.

Is our company too small for this?

It depends less on headcount than on whether the coordination runs through one person. A twelve-person shop where every exception reaches the owner has the same problem as a hundred-person one, and usually a shorter path to fixing it.

How quickly can someone start?

It depends on location and scope. Louisiana engagements move fastest because TMI is based in Lafayette. The consultation establishes the timing honestly rather than optimistically.

What if we want to stop?

After the minimum term the engagement ends and you keep the documentation and whatever has been built and handed over. The service is designed so the company is less dependent after the partner leaves, not more.

What is the first step?
